The Marketing Specialist performs professional work involved in the development, evaluation and promotion of the Company’s Customer Facing and Employee Facing marketing efforts to acquire new customers, retain current customers, attract potential applicants, retain existing employees and improve internal information flow within the Company. Must have an understanding of all marketing channels.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the development and execution of the content/social calendar and production, ensuring all content is on brand, within key goals and KPIs
  • Monitor all Advance Financial social media channels
  • Be able to write and edit Blogs, Social Post, Web Copy and New Releases
  • Work with writers (internal and external), designers, video production, and external agencies to produce high-impact content that represents Advance Financial's brand voice, to drive leads and conversion
  • Aid with recruitment marketing
  • Maintain internal documents, employee handbook, employee newsletter, etc.
  • Handle employee reviews through outlets such as Glassdoor and Indeed to ensure high ratings
  • Maintain intranet
  • Oversee the execution of the SEO content strategy and ensure high-quality blogs and social post
  • Work with Google Analytics, Salesforce, Oracle and Marketo data and reports to track and optimize content performance on ongoing basis
  • Regularly measure the Company’s success / impact

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5 years in editorial and/or content creation, with the ability to analyze and simplify complex information to create marketing plans to target and nurture different prospects, leads and customer audiences
  • Ability to concept, write and edit copy and video, think strategically about content across buyer personas, employee personas, and different stages of the funnel
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects and produce timely and effective results
  • Provide consistent and exceptional service to external vendors, customers and co-workers
  • Strong writing and editing skills: fluency in writing and preparing copy for a variety of communication channels and mediums
  • Ability to grasp new topics quickly and communicate professionally with stakeholders & SMEs
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Advertising or Marketing
