Our Retention Agents specialize in turning our existing customers into repeat customers. You’ll do this by making and taking calls to help our customers make payments on current and past-due accounts.
To do well on this team, you will be goal-oriented and have great people skills. We provide ongoing training and coaching. Our work environment and benefits are best in class. Our Retention Department is open M-F 8 am-8 pm. You must have open availability for any of these times to be considered. You will work at the office during your first 30 days for training. After the first 30 days, you will be required to work in the office at least once a week, subject to business needs which may impact your in-office time.
